At ProActive, we acknowledge a tenant’s communication as soon as we receive it (and at the latest, within 4 business hours). In the case of emergencies, we are available 24/7 on our emergency maintenance line. Before jumping to solve problems, we always ensure tenants have the chance to share the full story.
